A colorful Now4real widget

Since the beginning of Now4real, we gave publishers the ability to change the colors of the closed widget (the small icon containing the real-time counters). But once opened, the expanded widget used the default Now4real colors (light blue and white). Many publishers got back to us requesting to be able to customize these colors too.

We are very happy to announce that we have just rolled out the new color customization feature. You can now choose 2 colors for the closed widget and 2 colors for the open widget.

For the closed widget, use the color_external_background and color_external_text properties of the widget parameter within the now4real.config object (instead of previous properties color_1 and color_2).

For the open widget, just use the color_internal_background and color_internal_text properties.

It’s as easy as pie. Now go and play with the colors that best suit your site.
