Use animated GIFs in Now4real pagechat conversations

Now4real, the SaaS tool that transforms any website into an instant community in a matter of seconds, keep adding cool features.

Now, in addition to emojis, your users can send GIFs as part of their pagechat conversations. A pagechat is a live group chat dedicated to each page of your website. Animated GIFs are a great way to add an engaging visual that is sure to grab the attention of the other users.

Just click on the GIF button in the chat input field and you will get a nice GIF picker to search in the huge database featured by Giphy.

GIFs are immediately available on all Now4real plans. In addition, the Premium plan gives you the ability to restrict the GIF rating, choosing among 4 levels, as well as to disable GIFs entirely. Just head to Site Setting in your dashboard and go to Automatic Chat Filters.

You may have noticed that the Automatic Chat Filters section is brand new. We have collected here all the available tools to filter Now4real conversations. In particular, you can:

Define a list of words that you don’t want to allow in pagechat messages.
Choose the GIF rating and disable GIFs.
Choose how to treat any posted external link.
Choose how to treat some posted personal data.
Enable the automatic profanity filter (a pay-as-you-go option).

People will have a very good time when chatting while browsing your website content and exchanging GIFs. And you have full control over the filters you want to apply to your pagechats.
