Reports are automatically sent to the email address you configured in the Dashboard, with a frequency decided by you.

Go to the Settings > Report section in your dashboard to configure the details.

You can choose how often to receive user-reporting emails, including the real-time option, or disable the emails altogether. And you can configure up to 10 email addresses as the recipients of these emails.

The received email clearly shows you the reported user, the reported message, and the reporting user.

A handy “Open chat transcript” button sends you to the Chat Transcript section of your Dashboard, already centered on the relevant message. From there, you can easily delete the message and mute the author.

Real-time stats

One of the unique features of Now4real is its ability to detect user presence on the pages of your website. A user is considered present if they are displaying the page in the foreground. Now4real detects user presence instantly and updates the dashboard in real time, in a matter of milliseconds.

Open your dashboard and go to the Real-time analytics section.

You can watch what your users are doing right now: how many visitors and chatters are present, what pages they are visiting, and where they come from in the world. This is much more real-time and accurate than Google Analytics Real-Time. But beware, watching Now4real’s real-time stats can be addictive! 😁
