We are very excited to announce that a new feature has been rolled out to Now4real users. By default, when a new pagechat message is published, it will be displayed straight away in a bubble above the widget. This means users don’t have to open the widget to read new messages.

This makes it easier to engage new users in conversations and let them understand that Now4real provides a live chat with the other visitors.

The new feature is active by default and has been rolled out to all users. It can be turned off via the “chat_bubbles” parameter, which is part of the Config object.
